i went to the nickleback concert in vancouver only to see breaking benjamin play.. i think they are the best band in the world.. was really sad that someone got sick and they had to cancel… i would love for them to come back and headline for us vancouver fans.. i also hope who ever got sick a speedy recouvery..

I have been sick and in bed for days, so I can understand being under the weather. But I dragged myself out of bed to go to the Van concert because all I could think about was seeing Breaking Benjamin. The other bands were good, live music always is, but the dissappointment is HUGE! I hope, HOPE you guys decide to redo a concert in Vancouver SOON! I met SO many loyal, dissappointed fans last night at the show. It just wasn’t worth getting out of bed for. But you guys would’ve been. So sad!
Disappointed
I have been a fan of Breaking Benjamin since saturate and have waited a long time to see them. I live in Prince George BC which is about 1000 km from Vancouver me and my wife flew down just to see them open took a week off work, flights and hotel cost it was very expensive. We didn’t stay for the other bands I don’t know what to think, I do understand if someone one sick but if they were in Vacouver they could have atleast explained and maybe met there fans. I know there were alot of disappointed people with Breaking Benjamin fan club T shirts walking out of the venue before the show.
Man I’ve been waiting for what feels like FOREVER for 2 of my favorite bands to play, Sick Puppies and Breaking Benjamin and was stoked to hear you guys would be playing together at one venue. Really bummed you guys couldnt make it out last night, get well soon.

I can understand having an illness that stopped you guys from performing it was very disappointing for the fans as well as I’m sure it was for you guys. I hope you guys plan on making it back to Vancouver once your back on your feet for a performance in the near future cause I know from talking to other people at the concert that everyone was really looking forward to seeing you guys!
Wow, that was very disappointing news last night. The only reason I purchased my tickets for the Nickelback show was to finallysee Breaking Benjamin. We have been waiting years for a Vancouver show… I sincerely hope everyone is okay. Any chance of coming back to Vancouver??? or even Seattle?

My friend and I had bought tickets to the Nickelback concert, solely for the purpose to go see Breaking Benjamin. Most of the people we had talked to were in the same boat, wanting to go to BB primarily. Seeing as they never come to Vancouver, this was like a once in a lifetime opportunity to see them in an area that is very much a huge follower of BB. They are played big time on the Fox, and there are an abundance of BB fans in Vancouver. Basically, I know sickness happens, but I think BB owes it to the fans that spend $100+ to go see them, another chance to. They need to book another date in Vancouver soon, or else take a huge chance in losing a bunch of fans in a great and well known musical city. Thank God Nickelback put on a great show, or else I a lot of people would have been hella pissed of. Rebooking is a must!

Really no consideration on your part…they’re human too…Ben can get sick…and I’m sure as hell you’ve been sick too…he’s not God and I’m sure he tried so if you really believe they don’t care, then you don care…so keep your slimy fingers off of the official site and leave it to the real fans…please
I’m not sure who was ill but I hope that you are feeling better! I did go up to vancouver for the show but when I found out you guys weren’t playing I decided not to go. I’m not a huge nickelback fan and while the other bands are cool I really only went to see you guys. I will definitely be looking out for another show to go to! Take care of yourselves and get some rest!

just wanted to say i drove 14 hrs each way spent $1500 and waited 3 months to see the best band in the last 10 yrs….i went down there not to see nickelback witch i will have to say rocked the place,, but to see breaking b…..actually me and a friend have been waiting yrs for them to come to canada!!! and were downtown 3 hrs before the show before we heard they weren’t playing .thought it was a friend playing a joke cause he called us to tell us..actually took us 3 hrs and sitting in the stadium before it hit us that it was no joke!!! i could go on how upset i am ..but who would listen anway.. hope we get another chance at them coming to Van and i hope someone was truly sick!! just about gave the tickets away but the bands did give a good show….Ron Therrien
