EVERYONE has had this problem! Call ticketmaster VIP services and escalate your complaint. Ask for a refund.

Unfortunately, I’m not surprised. I tried contacting their management and their label. Their label is Hollywood Records, owned by Disney. Their management is Career Artists Management (CAM). Zero response. If they can’t even keep the M&G in their hometown, why continue to sell these damn things in other venues? This is fraud..pure and simple. Don’t buy the VIP pkgs..that should be the post on this FANSITE blog. I wonder if any of the band members or their management ever read these. If I were them, I would be embarassed and ashamed.

call ticketmaster’s VIP line and get a full refund. that bait n’ switch from platinum VIP to gold was a joke. tell them u want a refund. request an escalation. and to answer your question on this post, EVERYONE has had this problem.

I had VIP M & G tickets for the Reading Show on Feb 20 that was cancelled and they told us NO T-Shirts, cause we were downgraded to “Gold VIP” and that doesn’t include the shirt, just the laminate and poster. I received an email from Artist Arena last week stating the posters are back ordered. At this point i’ll be suprised if we even get anything…what a waste of hard earned money!

I had posted earlier to the m and g and I was at the same show as you then, the CT show. I’m also very upset that it has been a month now and we have not received out t-shirts or autographed posters promised in the package also and we also never got the laminate. I’ve tried to get in touch with artist arena on multple occassions to get no response and I also tried ticketmaster and nothing there either. Has anyone else had this problem?

WTF!!! Meet and greet cancelled in Wilkes-Barre? Its their hometown for christ’s sake. 175 for a ticket and no meet and greet. what a waste!!!!

The reality is that Breaking Benjamin is a very good band but doesn’t really care about its fans. We had the same experience as many of you on this site with the VIP M&Gs. They did it in CT in Feb this year. Paid a lot of money only to wait until show time to hear M&G cancelled. Although after party and radio promo still on. What BS! Seems to be a trend with BB cancelling M&Gs. No apologies..nothing. Class-less..why sell M&G tickets if the band has no intention of obligating the committment.

I agree with you Jeremy…My husband and I are also both longtime Breaking Benjamin fans and bought each other the VIP tickets which were ALOT of money for each other for Valentines day. We have also traveled to many different cities to see them just as we did to Reading PA on 02/20/10. I don’t know what concert you went to, but I’ve seen them many times and the band did not interact with Ben at all on stage, no eye contact, nothing. He came up did his thing and RAN! Didn’t even look in HIS VIP sections direction! Mark, Aaron and Chad stayed out and at least showed some gratitiude towards their fans! If its Ticketmaster or his Management CO. We’d understand! No apology or believable explanation is very disappointing!

I agree with you Debra….we had the samething happened to us a few days after the ME show in CT. we’ve attended many of there concerts in many different cities including a trip to PA…..My wife and I are longtime Breaking Benjamin fans. We actually met for the 1st time at one of there shows in MA where we are both from…I had bought her tickets as a Valentines day gift thinking how cool it would be to tell them our story and how we’ve traveled to see them and everything but yet we didn’t get to do that…but what bothered me most was that there was no apology at all to the fans that look up to them admire them and spend there hard earned money on them and to go and blow us off with not even an apology!
